Getting to Know Me
I started making music in 2008. Started putting out music in 2011. Hit the hardest time of my life in 2014. And came back healthy and empowered in 2018. I'm very fortunate for a second go-around at this. Originally from Libya, I grew up on the East Coast in King of Prussia, PA (right outside Philly), graduated from Penn State, and now work full-time as a Financial Analyst at a tech company in Seattle, WA. I'm a one man show enjoying the organic process. It took 10 years, but I now truly believe the key to "making it" (whatever that means) is to improve as an artist, not a marketer. As someone who used to be so concerned with an image and a brand, I quickly recognized its irrelevance. I finally learned that if you make art that is truly worth bumping, it will not go overlooked. You won't have to shove it down peoples' throats with a "Like, Tweet, Subscribe!" They'll want to share it just cause it's fire. Or maybe I'm being ludicrous, idk. But in the meantime, the majority of my time goes towards making some jams.
Nowadays I'm pretty introverted in my musical cave. But if you want to coffee chat locally or via phone, hit up the email and we can arrange.
